• Use as personal phone wallpapers with my credits in tact.

What you can do with my codes:

• Use on forums as the code is meant to be used (i.e. - as a post table, as a skin, as a header, etc.)
• Add your own images or quotes without changing the code.
• Use on sim games or forums with my credits in tact.
• Use for multiple characters without changing the code.
• Use across multiple forums, sim games, or social medias with my credit in tact.

What you cannot do with my photo manips:

• Use to promote triggering content, media, or ideas.
• Repost on social medias or other website outlets as your own work.
• Copy, crop, edit, resize, alter, trace, or rip my artworks.
• Show, refer to, or otherwise feed to AI.
• Resell, share rights of use with others, or use commercially.
• Remove my credit or claim the artwork as your own.

What you cannot do with my codes:

• Use to promote triggering content, media, or ideas.
• Copy, crop, edit, resize, alter, disassemble, or rip my codes.
• Repost on social medias or other website outlets as your own work.
• Show, refer to, or otherwise feed to AI.
• Resell, share rights of use with others, or use commercially.
• Dissasemble or use any singular part of my codes as part of another code.
• Remove my credit or claim the code as your own.

• "Me", "My", and "I" defined as Nosska / Night Hound, the same artist behind both names that produces the artworks and codes
• "You", "Your", "Customer", and "Consumer" defined as the consumer / customer / person purchasing a product from Nosska / Night Hound
• "Commission", "Product", "Products" and "Order" defined as the code or manipulation images you are purchasing from Nosska / Night Hound
• "Terms of Service" defined as the following rules listed below at the time of purchase of a product
• "Payment" defined as United States Dollars (USD)
• "Credit" defined as Nosska / Night Hound watermarks, hand-written signatures, or external links to my social medias or forms of contact

Please save a copy of these Terms of Service to refer to. Terms of Service apply as they are at the time of the purchase and are subject to change at any time. It is your responsibilty to save copies, I will not provide or be held liable for missing copies of the Terms of Service. If any one of the following terms are broken, the service contracted will be terminated and you will lose your rights to use my products. You will also be blocked and placed on my public blacklist.

The types of commissions offered by me, Nosska / Night Hound, are delivered as digital downloads. These terms of service represent the entire agreement between myself and the consumer and override any previous or external agreements. By ordering a commission from me, you agree to the following terms of service:

• If any part of these terms is deemed unenforceable, the rest of the agreement still stands.
• I retain the copyright to the product unless explicitly transferred or otherwise agreed upon.
• I will not accept order requests if my commission status is stated as closed.
• I will not be held liable for data breaches or leaked personal or private information.
• It is your responsibility to ensure you receive all messages from me, I will not be held liable for missed communication.
• One order at a time per customer. You are more than welcome to place another order once your first order is complete.
• Turn around time varies depending on the product ordered. Code commissions may take anywhere between a few days up to twenty-four weeks. Manipulation commissions may take between one to twelve weeks. Should these frames change, this information will be updated and you will be notified. Upon placing an order, I will offer an estimated time frame by which I expect to have your commission completed.
• I offer a total of two revisions to an updated product before completion free of charge. Any revisions after the two offered revisions or past completion of the product will result in a fee, the amount of which varies depending on the complexity of the revision.
• I do not offer coding support beyond initial problems with my skins or codes at install. (i.e. Finding a bug when you install a fresh copy of the skin onto your site, installing an additional code purchased from me, etc.) If the skin or code breaks during modifications you make on your own, I am willing to help restore the skin or code to it's original state. I do not provide support for third party coding that is not mine (codes outside of those purchased from me).
• Payment is issued in United States Dollars (USD) and can only be sent through paypal at this time. Premade codes or artworks are available for purchase through Ko-Fi.
• Payments are non refundable once the work is started (I begin choosing the stock images for use or I begin writing code) with the exception that I am not able to complete your commission. In the case that I am unable to complete your request, I will reach out to you with a proposal for the full amount to be refunded. If I have attempted to contact you twice within one month to offer a refund and do not receive a response, your request will be classified as ineligible for a refund.
• Completed works will be displayed in my chosen portfolio as examples to the public.

• You will credit me as the artist if my products are used publicly (online, in publications, etc.).
• You will pay the invoice within 24 hours of receipt.
• No files or updates will be sent until the invoice is paid.
• You will not remove my credit included in any of my artworks or codes.
• You will not sell, rip, copy, alter, or distribute my codes.
• You will not sell, copy, trace, alter, rip, or distribute my artwork.
• You will not harass me for updates or for the completion of a product.
• You will not claim my products as your own.
• You will not use my products commercially.
