Use on forums as intended, such as posting templates, skins, or headers.
Add your own images or quotes without modifying the code itself.
Use on sim games or forums with my credits intact.
Use for multiple characters without changing the code.
Use across multiple forums, sim games, or social media while keeping my credits intact.

Don'ts

What you cannot do with my art

Use to promote triggering content, media, or ideas.
Repost on social media or other websites as your own work.
Copy, crop, edit, resize, alter, trace, or rip my artwork.
Show, refer to, or otherwise feed my work to AI.
Resell, share rights of use with others, or use commercially.
Remove my credit or claim the artwork as your own.

What you cannot do with my codes

Use to promote triggering content, media, or ideas.
Copy, crop, edit, resize, alter, disassemble, or rip my codes.
Repost on social media or other websites as your own work.
Show, refer to, or otherwise feed my work to AI.
Resell, share rights of use with others, or use commercially.
Disassemble any portion of my code for use in another project.
Remove my credit or claim the code as your own.

Definitions

Me / My / I refers to Nosska / Night Hound.
You / Your / Customer refers to the individual purchasing a product.
Commission / Product / Files / Request / Order refers to any artwork or code purchased from me.
Credit refers to my watermark, signature, or a link to any of my websites or social media.

Terms of Service

The commissions offered by Nosska / Night Hound are delivered as digital downloads. These Terms of Service represent the complete agreement between myself and the customer and supersede any previous agreements.

By ordering a commission from me, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement shall remain in full effect.
I retain all copyright and ownership of my products unless those rights are explicitly transferred in writing.
I do not accept commission requests while my commission status is marked as closed.
I am not responsible for data breaches, third-party leaks, or the disclosure of personal information outside of my control.
It is your responsibility to ensure you receive my emails or messages. I cannot be held responsible for missed communication.
Only one active commission may be placed per customer at a time unless otherwise agreed upon.
Turnaround times vary depending on the commission type. Code commissions may take anywhere from a few days up to twenty-four weeks. Manipulation commissions may take between one and twelve weeks. If these estimates change, you will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.
Two revisions are included free of charge before a commission is considered complete. Additional revisions, or revisions requested after completion, may incur an additional fee depending upon the complexity of the requested changes.
Coding support is only provided for initial installation issues with my original code. If a code breaks after you modify it yourself, I am willing to restore it to its original state, but I do not provide support for third-party code or customized edits.
Payments are accepted in United States Dollars (USD) through PayPal. Premade artwork and premade codes are available through Ko-fi.
Payments become non-refundable once work has begun. If I am unable to complete your commission, I will offer a full refund. If I attempt to contact you twice within one month regarding that refund and receive no response, your commission will become ineligible for reimbursement.
Completed commissions may be displayed publicly within my portfolio as examples of my work.

Your Responsibilities

Credit me whenever my products are used publicly unless otherwise agreed.
Pay invoices within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt. Files, updates, or completed work will be delivered until payment has been received.
Do not remove my credits from any artwork or code.
Do not sell, redistribute, alter, copy, rip, or otherwise exploit my code.
Do not sell, trace, alter, copy, rip, or otherwise exploit my artwork.
Do not harass me regarding commission progress or completion dates.
Do not claim my work as your own.
Do not use my products for commercial purposes without written permission.
